Abstract
This study aims to improve the scholarship management process in the City of Marikina, located in the National Capital Region of the Philippines, under the leadership of Mayor Marcelino Teodoro. This paper proposes the development of a Scholarship Management System with Profile Analysis utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Decision Tree Algorithm. This system is expected to streamline applications, organize financial reporting, and optimize appointment scheduling, thus enhancing fairness, efficiency, and transparency in the scholarship awarding process. The Scholarship Management System, which leverages the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Decision Tree Algorithm, seeks to transform the traditional scholarship application process into an automated, efficient, and transparent process that not only relieves administrative burden but also facilitates fair and merit-based selection. The assessment of the system consists of 45 respondents that will evaluate our system. For the most part of the assessment process, it shows that the summary findings, the majority of respondents are “Very Satisfied” with the Verbal Interpretation based on ISO 9126 Software quality models, with “Strongly Agree” to the response indicating that there is space for improvement in the existing system. Overall, the proposed system not only simplifies the scholarship application process for students but also enables the city government to effectively manage the scholarship program. It introduces a level of efficiency and transparency that enhances the credibility of the program and ensures that the benefits reach the intended recipients. It represents a significant step towards digital transformation in the public sector, specifically in educational assistance.

Abstract
This study utilized purposive random sampling during beta testing of the game “O Ektos,” a 3D-PC real-time strategy game aimed at raising awareness about clean water and sanitation. Over 100 respondents, including BSIT students specializing in game development, web management, and digital arts, as well as executives and staff from the MWF organization, participated in the evaluation. Respondents tested the gameplay, promotional website, and overall aesthetics, assessing aspects such as mechanics, graphics, user interface, sound design, and storyline. Results showed that the game was well-received across all categories, highlighting its effective design and alignment with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal No. 6. The game's combination of contemporary technology, engaging gameplay, and meaningful content positions it as a feasible tool for raising awareness about water pollution and sanitation issues.

Abstract
The development of reliable wireless networks is crucial for advancing sustainability. Not only does it facilitate remote work and telecommunication which are critical remote services such as telemedicine and distance education, they are also essential in supporting sustainable practices like the application of IoT in monitoring environmental conditions and energy usage. To ensure that these networks work optimally, it is essential that the datasets used in their development are not only accurate but are also distinct. This study contributes to this end by analyzing the datasets generated by the COST 2100, a model that is used extensively in wireless communications. Using ANOVA, the researchers determined if the dataset are indeed distinct as signals bounce about multiple clustering which use Multiple Input, Multiple Output (MIMO) Technology similar to modern wireless systems like 5G. Results show that the different variables or dimensions are distinct from each other. Thus, the datasets generated by COST2100 are suitable to be utilized in further preprocessing methods of wireless multipath clustering, ultimately contributing to building a more sustainable wireless communication system.

Abstract
“TRACK2TRACK: A Digital Communication Plan on Passenger Information Dissemination for LRTA” outlines an innovative initiative aimed at revolutionizing the way information is disseminated to passengers within the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA). The project, known as TRACK2TRACK, leverages digital communication strategies, including real-time updates, interactive maps, and mobile applications, to provide accurate and timely information to commuters. Complementing this approach are eight short-form videos, strategically designed to convey essential aspects of the digital communication plan concisely. This comprehensive strategy aims to enhance overall transit experiences, improve system efficiency, and potentially serve as a model for other transit authorities seeking effective and engaging passenger communication solutions.

Abstract
Freight forwarding plays a crucial role in international trade, facilitating the movement of goods through transportation, customs clearance, and documentation management. However, manual processing of transportation transactions in freight forwarding poses various challenges, including inaccurate documentation, inefficient routing and carrier selection, and delayed shipment booking, which can result in disruptions, higher costs, and customer dissatisfaction. To address these issues, the development of a Freight Forwarding Management System is essential by digitizing and automating transactions. Freight forwarding companies can improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility in their operations. The integration of web and mobile applications enables streamlined order handling, accurate quotations, and an organized inventory. The system's performance was evaluated using the ISO 9126 model, and it received an “Excellent” rating, demonstrating its functionality, reliability, usability, portability, efficiency, and maintainability. Moreover, the inclusion of a best-fit algorithm in the scheduler system allows for both automatic and manual selection of drivers and vehicles by intelligently matching the most suitable drivers and vehicles to specific shipments, the scheduler system optimizes resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of assets and improved delivery performance. Through technological innovation, freight forwarding can overcome manual processing challenges and enhance operational performance to meet customer needs effectively.

Abstract
The decision to select a college degree program plays a fundamental role in shaping students' academic and professional futures. While much research has examined the factors affecting students' choices prior to enrollment, fewer studies have explored their perceptions and expectations after they have entered their chosen programs. This study seeks to bridge this research gap by investigating the visions and aspirations of freshmen using natural language processing techniques. The textual analysis involves text tokenization, word frequency counts, visual representation of data through word clouds, and sentiment classification. The findings suggest the demand for tailored academic support and curriculum development that align with the specific aspirations of students in different disciplines. Overall, this study contributes to the growing literature on student decision-making and expectations of degree programs, while demonstrating the value of sentiment analysis as a tool for understanding students' academic trajectories.

Abstract
Riverbank slope failures are a major concern in many regions of the Philippines, particularly in low-lying areas and near major rivers, where recurrent flooding and soil erosion can cause significant infrastructure damage. Accurate assessment of slope stability is crucial for mitigating these risks, and various methods are available to calculate the Factor of Safety (FOS) for slopes. This study compares the FOS values for riverbank slope stability using five common methods of slices: the Morgenstern-Price, Janbu, Bishop, Ordinary, and Spencer methods. There are three hundred seventy-five (375) simulations that were used in the slope stability analysis from the six (6) riverbank slopes and 15 different soil properties. A statistical analysis (ANOVA) revealed no significant differences in FOS values among the methods, indicating that all are reliable for assessing the stability of riverbank slopes. However, the methods demonstrated varying sensitivities to changes in soil properties and slope angles, underscoring the importance of considering their specific assumptions and limitations in practical applications. Further research is recommended to examine the effects of fluctuating water levels, seismic activity, and other environmental factors on slope stability, as well as to explore the integration of advanced numerical methods, such as finite element analysis, for deeper insights into slope failure mechanisms.

Abstract
The lack of sensitivity awareness towards disability is a major reason why it's difficult for persons with disabilities to participate in everyday life. Local researchers once described disability as more than an individual concern but rather a more complex social issue [8]. In a similar study conducted in Indonesia [11], it evaluated the Indonesian government's official Twitter accounts that advocated for disability awareness. With the initial findings recommending the use of media contents in the form of, photos, infographics, and illustrations to foster an increased citizen engagement, this research aims to explore the use of a digital campaign and broaden the variety of media content and platforms in raising Filipino sensitivity awareness towards Filipino persons with disabilities by reaching out to Filipinos in the digital space. This research uses both qualitative and quantitative data gathered through interviews, literature reviews, and other statistical data on disability related information from various government agencies. To evaluate the project's findings, the researchers conducted pre-interviews, formative and summative evaluation, surveys and reliability testing. The researchers concluded that the digital campaign plays a significant role in influencing and shaping the perception of an individual toward persons with disabilities.

Abstract
This study focuses on the evaluation of the develop enterprise-level information system that focuses on research, instruction and extension integration for State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the Philippines. The researcher used the descriptive- developmental type of research. Using the system, the leaders of the school will have a real-time overview of the status of the performance and accomplishment. Policymakers can use the results to inform the development of policies and guidelines that promote the effective integration of digital technologies in education. The application was developed based on the Agile Development Model. The Agile software development life cycle is a set of steps that a product goes through as it progresses from initiation to completion. The characteristics need to evaluate the product/software defined in ISO/IEC 25010 are the following: functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. The system obtained the overall weighted mean of 3.73 which interpret as Excellent in terms of Product Quality evaluated by the IT Experts. This means that the system is approved by the IT Experts and highly recommended to use.

Abstract
Manila City is one of the most popular cities in the Philippines, having a vast tourist destination, including the eight (8) tourism hubs of Manila City, which details a comprehensive list of major attractions and activities. However, preliminary data gathering results, including interviews from the Department of Tourism, Culture and Arts of Manila (DTCAM) and pre-survey assessment, reveal that there is an observed number of youth who have lack of awareness about the maj or attractions and activities available in the eight (8) tourism hubs of Manila. With this, this study aims to develop and implement a hybrid 3D animated film and digital campaign that promotes the maj or attractions and activities available in eight (8) tourism hubs of Manila City in partnership with the DTCAM. The study employs a mixed-method of study, utilizing formative and summative evaluation, including interviews and survey subject matter expert, survey with target audience, and digital campaign analysis. The proj ect revealed positive insights from the subject matter experts, which notably affirms that the overall 3D integration, film, social media, and graphic design components itself also contributed to positive results, which encompasses satisfactory performance. In terms of target audience, the acceptance surveys, which denote that the target audience was able to gain better awareness of the maj or attractions and activities available in the eight (8) tourism hubs of Manila City. And in terms of digital campaign analysis, the key performance indicator in social media insights showed that the digital campaign performance garnered a positive growth rate in terms of number of reach, engagement, and number of followers, denoting that the digital campaign has maximized its platform in creating awareness and expanding audience base.
