Abstract
The number of people being amputated is annually increasing, and it will continue to do so over the years. This, along with other reasons, makes the production of prosthesis fall short from its demands. One of the purposes of this project is to provide an alternative solution to this problem using 3D printing technology, which allows the prosthetic limbs to be produced faster. Another purpose of the project is to incorporate art and design into 3D printed prosthesis, which gives the amputees a chance to personalize their prosthetic limb/s. With this said, the study aims to develop a website designed for amputees, where they are able to personalize their 3D printed prosthetic limb/s.

Abstract
Switches have been developed to connect a source and the load by opening or closing a circuit. This study developed an inexpensive but highly responsive capacitive switch prototype for lighting and motor control systems as a fine-tuned alternative. The control switch consists of a capacitive touch sensor mounted on a standard switch box with an internal control circuit board. Moreover, a capacitive touch switch is applied in one-way and three-way light switches and forward-reversed motor control. We devised a practical application of a capacitive touch switch to control a lamp from two locations and use it to function as a three-way button switch. The prototype was installed in a wooden case consisting of the following components: magnetic contactors, control relays, an Arduino board, a lamp, a capacitive touch control switch for dimmer light, and motor control. A series of test and analyses were performed on the prototype circuit to ensure the correct and targeted functions, meet the desired specifications, and operability and reliability. Based on the test performance, the level of acceptability for its safety (maximum voltage = 12VDC, temperature = 85 °C) and responsiveness (0.05) was highly acceptable with 25% cheaper costs than existing commercially available similar models.

Abstract
Automated medical image analysis driven by artificial intelligence can revolutionize modern healthcare in producing swift and precise diagnostics. Due to doctors’ varying breadths of training and expertise, traditional leukemia screening methods frequently involve considerable subjectivity. Using a 3-stage transfer learning approach and stacks of convolutional neural networks, we constructed an efficient pathway for automatic leukemia identification and classification through various phases. Experimental findings disclosed that our pipeline powered by InceptionResNetV2 architecture decisively affects the accuracy with 99.60% (normal vs. leukemia) and 94.67% (normal to L3). Moreover, it reduces error rates by 1.65% and 6.05%, respectively. A consistent result via the T-test confirms our proposed framework robustness with a significant positive difference of 4.71% over the standard transfer learning mechanism (p-value = 0.0001 & t = 0.85310). This research could aid and support oncologists in early yet reliable prognoses of acute lymphoblastic leukemia types.

Abstract
The increase in population equates to the increasing demand of the real estate. Managing real estate manually takes a lot of time and manpower, which is prone to damage and misplacement of documents and client’s data. Customer support and community were also considered. Real-Estate Management System automates complex tasks and duties. Sales analysis through customer segmentation was implemented in the system to come up with better sales and understand the current, possible, and future customers of the real-estate company. Agile Methodology was applied in developing the system, in which different users – who has different roles and administrator rights, are needed to access, and manage the system. Testing, verification, validation, usability testing, and acceptance testing were done to ensure that the requirements needed were met, having both alpha and beta testing for the software. The researchers conducted a survey questionnaire based on the FURPS Criteria and used purposive sampling to gather data from both technical and nontechnical respondents, 2 IT Experts, 3 IT Personnel, 5 Company Staffs, 5 Company Agents, and 25 Customers. Based on the evaluation, the respondents strongly agreed that the Research Project passed the criteria and can be used by the client, therefore considered as an acceptable project.

Abstract
Emergency response is a crucial method for saving lives because the Philippines is one of the nation that is most vulnerable to disasters. Unexpected disasters happen all the time. The survival of those who were immediately impacted by a disaster depends on what happens in the initial hours after the accident. Even a minute difference in emergency response time has the potential to save or cost lives. Through this, the researchers were able to implement Dijkstra’s method to show the shortest paths in an application for emergency response. The ideas are organized in a way that suggests potential paths that first responders could take to locate victims. This article outlines a step-by-step process for choosing the optimum approach. Agile methodology was employed by the researchers when creating the application. The respondents gave the system a 4.52 out of 5 rating on the basis of the ISO 9126 evaluation tool, with a ‘Very Acceptable’ interpretation result. Thus, the system is now prepared for deployment.

Abstract
Sentiment analysis has been extensively researched for the purpose of analyzing qualitative data using a computation technique. However, there are only a few research papers that focus on analyzing sentiments in terms of teachers’ evaluation. Analyzing comments on teacher evaluations can lead to understanding more of what faculty development programs can be provided to improve teachers’ academic performance. Thus, this study presents an opinion-mining system utilizing the Bayesian technique of the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The descriptive research method was used in this study, with a questionnaire serving as the instrument for testing the acceptability of the application. One hundred (100) evaluators were surveyed for the teachers’ evaluations. The application performance attributes are defined using the functionality, usability, reliability, performance and security (FURPS) model. The mean formula was used to analyze the data. The usability and security were evaluated as perfectly acceptable, with a weighted mean of 4.64, and 4.56, respectively. Furthermore, the functionality, reliability, and performance were evaluated at acceptable evaluation ratings with a weighted mean of 4.29, 4.02, and 4.11. The overall quality of the system was given an acceptable rating with a weighted mean of 4.32, indicating that the application provided and managed ratings and comments on individual teachers’ performance.

Abstract
Efficient and reliable medical image analysis is indispensable in modern healthcare settings. The conventional approaches in diagnostics and evaluations from a mere picture are complex. It often leads to subjectivity due to experts' various experiences and expertise. Using convolutional neural networks, we proposed an end-to-end pipeline for automatic Cobb angle measurement to pinpoint scoliosis severity. Our results show that the Residual U-Net architecture provides vertebrae average segmentation accuracy of 92.95% based on Dice and Jaccard similarity coefficients. Furthermore, a comparative benchmark between physician's measurement and our machine-driven approach produces an acceptable mean deviation of 1.57 degrees and a T-test p-value of 0.9028, indicating no significant difference. This study has the potential to help doctors in prompt scoliosis magnitude assessments.

Abstract
One of the world's most serious challenges is the exponential expansion of the population. The Philippines is included in this category of "less developed countries." Moreover, the said country's population expansion is unstoppable. With at least three newborns born per minute, the country has one of the greatest population growth rates. Consequently, the researcher's objective is to use a machine-learning algorithm to forecast the possible Philippine population growth for the upcoming year. Employing Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) as the step-by-step process in determining solutions and answering each of the research questions of the study. With this, the researchers were able to forecast data using time series data analysis about the historical populations of the Philippines utilizing a 12-point moving average. Based on the accuracy performance of the model, the algorithm can be used as a reliable source and was considered a good fit with a 90.27% accuracy.

Abstract
Facebook is an alternative tool that has gained popularity as a telemedicine platform among physicians and patients. Given its accessibility and relatively low acquisition costs, research needs to highlight the factors that drive its adoption to ensure its adequate governance and continued use to support digital transformation initiatives in the healthcare services delivery. Guided by the Uses and Gratifications theory, the researchers interviewed physicians (n=16) with different specializations to identify critical motivators in using Facebook for telemedicine. The thematic analysis of the interview transcripts found that familiarity with technology, information exchange, convenience, and social connections are usage gratifications derived from Facebook for telemedicine. This paper outlines the implications of its findings in the context of the study where telemedicine adoption is slow and social media use is prevalent. Future directions are discussed along with the implications of the study in various social institutions such as healthcare providers, the government, and the academe.
