FEU Tech’s College of Computer Studies hosts an annual event known as Technology Innovation on Capstone Project (TICaP), which exhibits the different capstone projects of each specialization. This event allows the students to view the different projects of the FEU Tech PBL students and recognizes the group with the best capstone project and other special awards. However, problems were encountered while managing the event resulting in disorganized planning and management. The proponents developed an event management system named TICaP HUB to solve the different problems experienced by the organizers in planning and managing the event. The team conducted a system evaluation and survey of the PBL and non-PBL students, including FEU Tech faculties. Using the Likert scale for the system evaluation, the Web application has an overall weighted mean of 4.72 and 4.71 for the mobile application. This outcome can be interpreted that the users strongly agreed with the FURPS evaluation of the system. With the results acquired from the respondents, the proponents conclude that using the TICaP HUB can significantly help the users efficiently manage the TICaP event and lessen the time consumed in planning and organizing for the said event.

The increase in population equates to the increasing demand of the real estate. Managing real estate manually takes a lot of time and manpower, which is prone to damage and misplacement of documents and client’s data. Customer support and community were also considered. Real-Estate Management System automates complex tasks and duties. Sales analysis through customer segmentation was implemented in the system to come up with better sales and understand the current, possible, and future customers of the real-estate company. Agile Methodology was applied in developing the system, in which different users – who has different roles and administrator rights, are needed to access, and manage the system. Testing, verification, validation, usability testing, and acceptance testing were done to ensure that the requirements needed were met, having both alpha and beta testing for the software. The researchers conducted a survey questionnaire based on the FURPS Criteria and used purposive sampling to gather data from both technical and nontechnical respondents, 2 IT Experts, 3 IT Personnel, 5 Company Staffs, 5 Company Agents, and 25 Customers. Based on the evaluation, the respondents strongly agreed that the Research Project passed the criteria and can be used by the client, therefore considered as an acceptable project.

One of the world's most serious challenges is the exponential expansion of the population. The Philippines is included in this category of "less developed countries." Moreover, the said country's population expansion is unstoppable. With at least three newborns born per minute, the country has one of the greatest population growth rates. Consequently, the researcher's objective is to use a machine-learning algorithm to forecast the possible Philippine population growth for the upcoming year. Employing Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) as the step-by-step process in determining solutions and answering each of the research questions of the study. With this, the researchers were able to forecast data using time series data analysis about the historical populations of the Philippines utilizing a 12-point moving average. Based on the accuracy performance of the model, the algorithm can be used as a reliable source and was considered a good fit with a 90.27% accuracy.

To present a platformer game for android, while opting for an optimized build for midrange devices using the Unity game engine. The game is in 3D side scrolling perspective, with tappable UI controls. The design of game is based on the 2019 Coronavirus Pandemic and aims to spread awareness about the safety protocols during the pandemic - like the use of face mask, face shields and taking vitamins through playing, especially for younger people. The development process tried a modular approach with the development of the stages and are coded with optimization in mind. Results for the evaluation received for the gameplay and visuals are positive with minor improvements in mind.
