Abstract
This study aims to improve the scholarship management process in the City of Marikina, located in the National Capital Region of the Philippines, under the leadership of Mayor Marcelino Teodoro. This paper proposes the development of a Scholarship Management System with Profile Analysis utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Decision Tree Algorithm. This system is expected to streamline applications, organize financial reporting, and optimize appointment scheduling, thus enhancing fairness, efficiency, and transparency in the scholarship awarding process. The Scholarship Management System, which leverages the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Decision Tree Algorithm, seeks to transform the traditional scholarship application process into an automated, efficient, and transparent process that not only relieves administrative burden but also facilitates fair and merit-based selection. The assessment of the system consists of 45 respondents that will evaluate our system. For the most part of the assessment process, it shows that the summary findings, the majority of respondents are “Very Satisfied” with the Verbal Interpretation based on ISO 9126 Software quality models, with “Strongly Agree” to the response indicating that there is space for improvement in the existing system. Overall, the proposed system not only simplifies the scholarship application process for students but also enables the city government to effectively manage the scholarship program. It introduces a level of efficiency and transparency that enhances the credibility of the program and ensures that the benefits reach the intended recipients. It represents a significant step towards digital transformation in the public sector, specifically in educational assistance.

Abstract
This study presents an e-commerce platform with customer analysis using hybrid collaborative filtering, developed specifically for the EveryDay streetwear brand to enhance their online presence and improve their business operations. With the rise of online shopping and social commerce in the Philippines, the platform aims to enhance user experience by providing tailored product suggestions using hybrid collaborative filtering. It integrates features like order, payment, inventory management, and product customization, allowing users to personalize their shopping experience, while customer behavior analysis and monthly reporting help improve decision-making and operational efficiency. To guide the development of the platform, the team used the SCRUM methodology. The system's architecture emphasizes data security, user privacy, and reliability through the ISO 25010 Software Quality Model. Surveys were conducted with a total of 75 respondents to measure the system's performance based on the model's parameters. The system scored a weighted mean of 4.81 from customers, 5.00 from both staff and admin, and 4.88 from IT experts, resulting in an overall rating of “Excellent.”. This study highlights the potential of hybrid recommender systems in enhancing e-commerce platforms and driving customer engagement and sales.

Abstract
FEU Tech’s College of Computer Studies hosts an annual event known as Technology Innovation on Capstone Project (TICaP), which exhibits the different capstone projects of each specialization. This event allows the students to view the different projects of the FEU Tech PBL students and recognizes the group with the best capstone project and other special awards. However, problems were encountered while managing the event resulting in disorganized planning and management. The proponents developed an event management system named TICaP HUB to solve the different problems experienced by the organizers in planning and managing the event. The team conducted a system evaluation and survey of the PBL and non-PBL students, including FEU Tech faculties. Using the Likert scale for the system evaluation, the Web application has an overall weighted mean of 4.72 and 4.71 for the mobile application. This outcome can be interpreted that the users strongly agreed with the FURPS evaluation of the system. With the results acquired from the respondents, the proponents conclude that using the TICaP HUB can significantly help the users efficiently manage the TICaP event and lessen the time consumed in planning and organizing for the said event.

Abstract
The increase in population equates to the increasing demand of the real estate. Managing real estate manually takes a lot of time and manpower, which is prone to damage and misplacement of documents and client’s data. Customer support and community were also considered. Real-Estate Management System automates complex tasks and duties. Sales analysis through customer segmentation was implemented in the system to come up with better sales and understand the current, possible, and future customers of the real-estate company. Agile Methodology was applied in developing the system, in which different users – who has different roles and administrator rights, are needed to access, and manage the system. Testing, verification, validation, usability testing, and acceptance testing were done to ensure that the requirements needed were met, having both alpha and beta testing for the software. The researchers conducted a survey questionnaire based on the FURPS Criteria and used purposive sampling to gather data from both technical and nontechnical respondents, 2 IT Experts, 3 IT Personnel, 5 Company Staffs, 5 Company Agents, and 25 Customers. Based on the evaluation, the respondents strongly agreed that the Research Project passed the criteria and can be used by the client, therefore considered as an acceptable project.

Abstract
HWYL (meaning “a stirring feeling of emotional motivation and energy”) is a 3D isometric puzzle adventure game for Android devices. The whole game revolves around the adventures of Thomas as he unknowingly helps the mayor and the townspeople in solving environmental problems through playing meaningful mini games. The mini games comprise of different casual games that focus on teaching the players about the major environmental issues such as ozone depletion, and disposal of wastes. The interactive learning experience educates players how to mitigate environmental problems. The game garnered very satisfactory results from the play testers, proving that the game has been successful in promoting environmental awareness through edutainment, and the game as a system works as intended with compliance to software quality factors.

Abstract
One of the world's most serious challenges is the exponential expansion of the population. The Philippines is included in this category of "less developed countries." Moreover, the said country's population expansion is unstoppable. With at least three newborns born per minute, the country has one of the greatest population growth rates. Consequently, the researcher's objective is to use a machine-learning algorithm to forecast the possible Philippine population growth for the upcoming year. Employing Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) as the step-by-step process in determining solutions and answering each of the research questions of the study. With this, the researchers were able to forecast data using time series data analysis about the historical populations of the Philippines utilizing a 12-point moving average. Based on the accuracy performance of the model, the algorithm can be used as a reliable source and was considered a good fit with a 90.27% accuracy.

Abstract
The study aims to integrate neural network algorithm that predicts students' vulnerability of not having graduation on time to an adaptive learning management system. Neural network is one of the popular machine learning techniques because of its learning algorithm. The learning algorithm is focused on updating weights of the edges in order to produce minimal mean squared error between actual and predicted values. The integration of this platform could lead to much efficient learning management system as LMS is mainly driven to provide individualized and personalized learning tailored to specific requirements and learning preferences. The neural network algorithm is designed to classify students with learning difficulty so that administrators can formulate remediation and academic support policies.

Abstract
Online-based technology in relation to the investment system for poultry and swine in the Philippines is not well known. Thus, study aimed to develop a Web-based Investment System that would help investors look for the best poultry and/or swine farm which could generate better investment returns. An Investor – Farmer matching system with decision process was developed using a user-friendly online interface for Pork Producers Federation of the Philippines Incorporated (formerly National Federation of Hog Raisers Inc. or NFHFI). This will contain a dashboard on the system administrator side that would reflect the overall performance and financial standing of participating livestock farms as well as comprehensive dashboard for investors which would display the historical and current investment data of every investor account. Main functions of the system include account management, enhanced decision making, maximizing the profit through Return on Investment analysis based on farmers’ production data and profile. One-on-one interviews, focused groups and direct observations will be employed to collect primary data required for the system development. The effectiveness of the system and client satisfaction were discussed and presented after months of deployment in PPFPI website.
