Paraverse Quest: A Journey of Learning and Discovery (Open House - Day 1)
very informative and knowledgeable. Speakers are also interactive with the audiences.
Internship 1 - 2TSY2425 - Webinar 4: Upskilling for Career Growth and Thriving in Remote Work
Mr. Charles Noah De Rama, Junior AI Developer, discussed a really fascinating topic since I gained knowledge that the tech industry has been developing and improving year after year, and they need to keep up the pace and adapt to changes in technology. I also learned from Mr. Charles Noah De Rama by sharing his experience, passion, and learning from his journey of keeping up, learning your skills, and staying curious. We should also focus on working on strengthening our hard and soft skills, be at our best when countering the problem, never give up, own our output when we take responsibility and learn from our mistakes, not be afraid to ask for help, and so much more. I also learned that when it comes to remote work, we need to optimize our work environment, networking, and visibility, maintain a work-life balance, and master asynchronous communication.
