Enhancing Physical and Mental Resilience in the Workplace
The event, "Enhancing Physical and Mental Resilience in the Workplace," was a timely and much-needed opportunity for everyone to take a moment for self-care as the school year comes to a close. The insights provided by Ms. Marietta M. Bengat, Director of Guidance and Counseling, alongside Dr. Sol Ulanday, School Physician, were invaluable in helping participants understand the critical importance of resilience in both physical and mental health. The discussion was well-structured, providing practical strategies for managing stress, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and fostering a supportive work environment. The emphasis on self-reflection and personal well-being was particularly beneficial, allowing attendees to recharge and refocus their perspectives just in time for the summer break. Overall, the activity was an excellent way to kick off the break, leaving participants feeling empowered and better equipped to handle challenges in both their personal and professional lives.
