Short Biography

Elijah Joshua Benjamin D.F. Aban is a faculty member in the Humanities, Social Sciences, and Communication Department at the FEU Institute of Technology. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Asian Studies at the Asian Center of the University of the Philippines. He obtained his Bachelor's degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines majoring in History. His research interests include exploring socio-political and cultural dynamics in Japan, focusing on its labor movements, non-government organizations, rural communities, and transnational and intercultural encounters with the Philippines.
