Short Biography

Donna Cimafranca is a lecturer, mental health professional, and program manager with over two decades of experience in education, counseling, and international humanitarian work. She currently teaches social sciences, behavioral science, and humanities at Far Eastern University Institute of Technology, where she mentors students in critical thinking and life skills. Her career includes leadership roles in the Philippines, Uganda, Kenya, Botswana, and Papua New Guinea, focusing on mental health, youth development, and psychosocial support. A Registered Psychometrician pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Donna is passionate about advancing education, mental health, and community empowerment
