Short Biography

Dr. Allan Salanguste is an English professor, researcher, and trainer whose career spans over two decades in education and corporate training. A proud CHED-SIKAP scholar, he earned his Doctor of Philosophy in English Language and Literature from La Consolacion University Philippines (2024), alongside a Master of Arts in Education, Major in English (2018) and a Bachelor in Secondary Education, Major in English (2015). Currently teaching at Far Eastern University – Institute of Technology, he mentors students in English, research, and communication. Beyond academe, he has trained thousands of employees from more than 20 companies in business communication, customer service, and professional English skills. He is also the author of Effective Oral Communication in Context (2016) and several research studies. His journey reflects resilience, service, and his mission to empower learners and transform lives through education.
