This topic was identified as a key leadership capability needed across the institution—empowering our leaders to better understand financial information, align resources with strategic priorities, and make informed, sustainable decisions. Strengthening financial acumen at the leadership level enables us to lead not only with vision, but also with responsibility and impact.
