Now that the school year is at its tail-end, give yourselves a breather and take time to pause for some needed ME time. Many of us constantly face challenging situations and we know this first webinar offering to welcome our summer break will help us recharge and refocus our perspectives on having better physical and mental health.

And for us to understand the importance of our physical and mental resilience, Ms. Marietta M. Bengat, Director of Guidance and Counseling in collaboration with Dr. Sol Ulanday, School Physician from our Health and Services Unit, will lead the seminar entitled: “Enhancing Physical and Mental Resilience in the Workplace”.
