Short Biography

I am a dedicated BSBA student specializing in Operations Service Management at FEU Diliman, driven by a strong passion for improving processes, enhancing service quality, and building efficient business operations. Since 2018, I have gained practical experience in the trucking and logistics industry, supporting maintenance operations, basic accounting tasks, HR functions, and day-to-day coordination. My academic and hands-on experience has strengthened my skills in organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and service-oriented management. I am committed to continuous learning and I strive to contribute to organizations through a blend of discipline, adaptability, and a human-centered approach to service.
