She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Miriam College, laying a strong foundation for her career in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics. Before her university studies, Jack completed both her elementary and high school education at St. Scholastica's Academy in Marikina, where she cultivated a passion for learning and personal growth. With a robust career spanning 23 years, Jack has gained valuable experience both in the industry and academe. She spent three years working in the industry, where she applied her psychological expertise in practical settings within human resources primarily Training and Organization Development.
