Short Biography

Ms. Lyria Perez is a Physical Education instructor based in Manila, Philippines. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Philippine Normal University (PNU) in 2023. She began her teaching career as a SHS PE teacher at the Philippine College of Advanced Arts and Technology in Recto, Manila. In 2024, she became a licensed professional teacher and was subsequently hired by FEU Institute of Technology, where she is currently teaching. Her teaching focuses on promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits through an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Beyond teaching, she serves as the SK Chairperson of Barangay 447, Zone 44, District IV, Manila, where she organizes sports programs and promotes youth and community wellness. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports at National University–Manila as part of her commitment to continuous professional growth and leadership in the field.
