Short Biography

Instr. Owen Harvey Balocon is currently a part time Instructor at Far Eastern University - Institute of Technology. He was the former coordinator for Research and Extension and the Program Coordinator for Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Santa Rosa Campus. He teaches major subjects in information technology and the coordinator for research and capstone of the said program. Formerly, he was a project evaluation assistant under the City Planning and Development Office of his hometown and a former faculty member of the Colegio De San Juan De Letran. Mr. Balocon graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Earned his first master’s degree in management, Major in Information Technology Management at Colegio De San Juan De Letrán. Currently he is pursuing Masters of Public Affairs, Major in Education Management.
