Short Biography
Emmanuel P. Bersabe is a licensed professional teacher known for his dynamic leadership in both academic and co-curricular programs. He earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English, from the National Polytechnic College of Science and Technology (2013–2017). He is currently pursuing two master’s degrees—a Master in Educational Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (Thesis Writing Phase, 2021–present) and a Master of Arts in Education, Major in Special Education (MAEd-SPED) at the National Teachers College (NTC).
