Short Biography

Mr. Emmanuel Luis G. Borjal, is a graduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Advertising at the Technological University of the Philippines - Manila where he finished his Masters in Graphics Technology in 2021.He was a member of a CHED funded project worth 10 M pesos grant entitled, Capability Building for the Establishment of a Center for Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurshipor CITE. Where he successfully contributed to all the Visual Communication needs of the said CHED project. Together with the CITE team they were able to publish research entitled,Issues and Challenges of Technology Business Incubators in the Philippines in a Scopus indexed journal which was cited 6 times by various research papers.From 2023 -2024, he assumed the position as Head of the Multimedia Technology Department. Where he led the modernization of various transaction processes in the office while providing the university multimedia support to all major university events and policy creation.
