Short Biography

I am Jay Austin Conrad D. Cultivo, a Computer Science student specializing in Software Engineering at FEU Institute of Technology. I have experience in software development, data analysis, and machine learning, with technical skills in Python, Java, C++, PHP, and web technologies. I enjoy building practical systems that apply technology to solve real-world problems. I have helped developed projects such as INET, a geospatial platform that analyzes urban heat island hotspots using satellite imagery and clustering algorithms, and DR-Vision, a deep learning–based web application that detects diabetic retinopathy from retinal fundus images to support early disease screening. These projects allowed me to combine web development, data processing, and machine learning into complete working systems. I am also certified in Java, Python, networking, and project management, and I frequently work with tools such as Git/GitHub, SQL databases, and modern development frameworks.
