Short Biography

I am a fourth-year student at FEU Institute of Technology, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, specializing in Service Management and Business Analytics. As a student, I have been developing my skills in IT support, networking, and system administration. My experience ranges from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to providing user support and configuring basic networks. Currently, I am focusing on my passion for IT support as I aim to grow further in the IT field, particularly in incident management, monitoring, and support, as I am drawn to the challenges of maintaining enterprise systems and ensuring reliable IT services.
