Short Biography

I am Francis Ralph P. Balatbat, a dedicated 4th-year Civil Engineering student at FEU Alabang with a focus on Structural Engineering. My academic journey has been defined by a consistent drive for excellence and a commitment to continuous growth. Beyond my core technical capabilities in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word, I am a certified Safety Officer 2 (SO2). This certification allows me to effectively blend design principles with a rigorous, safety-first approach to project management. I pride myself on my strong communication skills and disciplined time management, which help me stay organized in fast-paced environments. My greatest strengths lie in my adaptability and critical thinking; I am comfortable making decisive, analytical choices when faced with complex engineering challenges. By combining my versatile skill set with a proactive mindset, I am able to bridge the gap between theoretical planning and practical, high-pressure execution.
