Motivated BS Information Technology student at FEU Institute of Technology specializing in Service Management and Business Analytics, with hands-on experience in IT support, business operations, data management, and process improvement. Skilled in analyzing data, supporting end users, and working in fast-paced environments through internship and customer service experience. As the lead proponent behind the concept of our capstone project, I contributed to identifying business requirements, improving system workflows, and performing quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure functionality and reliability. Certified in Cybersecurity, Networking, and Project Management, with a strong interest in enterprise IT infrastructure, digital transformation, IT service management, and business analytics. I am eager to apply my analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and passion for technology to deliver innovative and efficient IT solutions in a professional environment.
