Rowgene Carl Gales, also known as Kulleh, is a dedicated student from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, currently pursuing studies in Animation and Game Development. Passionate about the digital world, Kulleh enjoys web development, web design, game development, as well as gaming and reading comics during his free time. A consistent achiever, he has earned a bronze dean’s lister award and maintained a four-year honor streak, reflecting his commitment and discipline. Guided by the motto, "You can change your plans, but don't change your goal," Kulleh is focused on becoming a successful professional in the tech and creative industry.
