CABUGA, RALPH SEYROL M. CIVIL ENGINEER I am a Civil Engineering student at FEU Institute of Technology seeking On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities to apply my academic knowledge in real-world engineering projects. I am eager to gain hands-on experience in structural design, construction management, site supervision, and project planning. I have developed a solid foundation in engineering principles, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical analysis. I am proficient in working with data, interpreting plans, and supporting project documentation and research activities. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
