Short Biography

I am Keithleen Ashley C. Garay, a Licensed Civil Engineering with a solid background in construction principles, materials testing, and structural analysis. I improved my problem-solving, collaborative, and technical reporting abilities via my coursework and lab experience. I have a strong desire to use my technical expertise to develop creative, sustainable, and safe infrastructure. I'm driven to keep learning and want to advance my knowledge in the industry while helping with initiatives that benefit communities.
