Abstract
The Digital Academic Information System is an integrated platform designed to support and manage core academic functions, including research, extension, and instruction. The system streamlines research management by tracking proposals, publications, and collaborations; facilitates extension services by organizing community engagement programs and reporting outcomes; and enhances instruction through tools for course management, faculty workload tracking, and student performance monitoring. By centralizing these features, the system promotes efficiency, transparency, and improved decision-making within academic institutions. This study focuses on the evaluation of the developed digital academic system that focuses on research, instruction and extension integration which processes essentials to state universities and colleges. The researcher used the descriptive- developmental type of research. The system provides a real-time overview of the status of the performance and accomplishment of the academic institution in the mentioned areas. The evaluation of a Digital Academic Information System (DAIS) using Agile methodology and software quality model assessment provides a dynamic and structured approach to system development and analysis. Agile enables iterative development with continuous stakeholder feedback, ensuring that evolving academic requirements are met efficiently. By integrating a software quality model—such as ISO/IEC 25010—the evaluation further assesses critical attributes like functionality, usability, reliability, and maintainability The system obtained the overall weighted mean of 3.73 which interpret as Excellent in terms of Product Quality evaluated by the IT Experts. This means that the system is approved by the IT Experts and highly recommended to use.

Abstract
Allie’s Misadventures: Policies Sound Ridiculously Close to Fallacies” is a 3D single-player actionadventure game designed to combat misinformation by teaching players how to detect logical fallacies. Players assume the role of Allie, a bioroid journalist investigating media broadcasts and statements in a world dominated by disinformation. By infiltrating media towers under the King’s control, players learn to cross-examine and challenge deceptive arguments. The game aims to enhance critical thinking skills and reduce susceptibility to false information.
CyberSAFE: A Gamified Web Platform with Analytics to Promote Cybersecurity Literacy Among IT Students

Abstract
In the digital age, cybersecurity awareness is increasingly vital, especially for information technology (IT) students who will eventually design and manage secure systems. This paper presents CyberSAFE, a gamified web-based platform developed to enhance cybersecurity literacy through interactive modules, quizzes, and analytics dashboards. By integrating gamification with digital pedagogy principles, the platform promotes engagement, tracks learning progress, and identifies knowledge gaps in real time. A developmental-evaluative research methodology was employed, using pre- and post-tests, survey data, and system-generated analytics. Results indicate that students demonstrated measurable gains in cybersecurity knowledge, supported by positive perceptions of the platform’s usability, content relevance, and motivational impact. On a 5-point Likert scale, mean survey ratings exceeded 4.5, reflecting high acceptance and perceived effectiveness. These findings suggest that CyberSAFE can improve cybersecurity literacy while contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
AI-Driven Gamification for Cybersecurity Literacy in Higher Education

Abstract
Cybersecurity literacy is increasingly vital in higher education, yet traditional teaching methods often fail to sustain student engagement. This paper introduces Aegis Academy, an AI-driven gamified learning platform that uniquely integrates adaptive feedback mechanisms with game-based elements to enhance cybersecurity awareness and skills. Unlike existing systems, Aegis Academy combines real-time personalization, rolebased analytics, and modular gamification tailored for academic settings. A pilot study involving 100 students and 20 instructors demonstrated significant improvements in phishing awareness (+22 %), overall scores (+18 %), and module completion rates (87% vs. 64%). Students rated the platform highly for engagement and learning impact, while instructors reported strong pedagogical alignment and usability. The platform supports Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) by promoting inclusive, equitable, and engaging digital education. These findings suggest that Aegis Academy offers a scalable and effective model for cybersecurity instruction in higher education.
Harnessing Large Language Models for Personalized Education: Opportunities, Challenges, and Implications for SDG 4

Abstract
The rapid advancement of large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini presents new opportunities for personalized education. These AI systems are capable of tailoring learning experiences, providing instant feedback, and supporting self-paced study. However, questions remain regarding their pedagogical effectiveness, ethical implications, and alignment with educational goals. This study explores the opportunities and challenges of integrating LLMs into personalized learning environments in higher education. Using a mixed-method approach that combines experimental use of LLM-based tutoring with surveys and interviews of students and educators, the research evaluates their impact on engagement, learning outcomes, and inclusivity. Findings are expected to contribute to the discourse on AI in education while supporting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), particularly in promoting inclusive and equitable access to learning opportunities through emerging technologies.
Leveraging Microsoft Copilot to Generate Instructional Content for Social Engineering Awareness in Digital Learning Environments

Abstract
As social engineering threats continue to evolve, equipping learners with the skills to recognize and respond to digital manipulation has become a critical component of digital citizenship education. This paper explores the use of Microsoft Copilot—an AI-powered assistant—as a tool for generating instructional content that enhances awareness of social engineering tactics within digital learning environments. By integrating Copilot into the instructional design process, educators can rapidly produce scenario-based learning modules, phishing simulations, ethical discussion prompts, and adaptive assessments tailored to diverse learner profiles. The study presents a framework for human-AI collaboration in content creation, emphasizing pedagogical alignment, personalization, and scalability. Through case examples and prototype lesson plans, the paper demonstrates how Copilot can support educators in developing engaging, context-aware materials that foster critical thinking and digital resilience. Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping higher education by streamlining tasks, supporting personalized learning, and enhancing student engagement. Yet, these benefits coexist with risks of dependence, reduced critical thinking, and inequities-a duality termed the relief paradox. This study examined the perceptions of 138 IT students at FEU Institute of Technology to explore how they experience both the relief and paradoxical burdens of AI in education, with attention to Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) on inclusive and equitable quality education. Using a descriptiveanalytic design, validated survey instruments, and both descriptive and inferential statistics, results showed that students generally recognized AI's potential to reduce workload and improve inclusivity, while also expressing concern over ethical issues and overdependence. The study underscores the need for balanced integration of AI in education, offering recommendations for curriculum, policy, and capacity-building to ensure responsible adoption.
Visual Pedagogy in the AI Era: Leveraging NanoBanana for Prompt-to-Image Learning in Higher Education

Abstract
As generative AI continues to reshape educational landscapes, prompt-to-image technologies offer new possibilities for enhancing visual pedagogy. This study investigates the integration of NanoBanana a lightweight, prompt-driven image generation tool, into higher education settings to support multimodal learning and cognitive scaffolding. Grounded in Dual Coding Theory and Cognitive Load Theory, the research explores how AI-generated visuals derived from student and instructor prompts can improve comprehension, engagement, and retention in complex subjects such as ICT, Game Studies, and Systems Analysis. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes student performance data, visual rubric evaluations, and qualitative feedback from learners and educators. Findings reveal that NanoBanana-generated images significantly aid in conceptual clarity, reduce extraneous cognitive load, and foster learner autonomy. The paper proposes a practical framework for integrating prompt-to-image tools into curriculum design and instructional workflows, offering actionable insights for educators seeking to advance AI-enhanced teaching practices in line with SDG4 and the evolving demands of the AI era.

Abstract
In the evolving landscape of education, artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping traditional pedagogical models and redefining the roles of teachers and students. This paper explores the transformative potential of Microsoft Copilot Vision, a multimodal AI tool, in enhancing teacher-student interaction and promoting educational equity. By integrating visual AI capabilities into classroom practices, educators can create more dynamic and adaptive learning environments that can personalize instruction, provide real-time feedback, and support diverse learning needs. The study examines how Copilot Vision facilitates inclusive learning environments, particularly for students with disabilities, language barriers, or limited access to resources. It also investigates the shifting role of teachers-from content deliverers to facilitators of AI-enhanced learning-and the ethical considerations surrounding human-AI collaboration in education. Anchored in the framework of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4), which advocates for inclusive and equitable quality education, this research highlights the opportunities and challenges of deploying AI vision tools to bridge learning gaps and foster meaningful engagement in the digital classroom setup.
Storm Shield: A 3D Strategic Co-Op Game to Increase Awareness and Aid People in Preparation for Upcoming Typhoons

Abstract
Typhoons remain among the most frequent and destructive natural disasters in the Philippines, underscoring the need for innovative preparedness strategies. This study presents Storm Shield: A 3D Strategic Co-op Game, a local multiplayer educational game that simulates the three phases of a typhoon–Before, During, and After–through mission-based levels emphasizing teamwork, planning, and decision-making. Players assume roles within a disaster response team and perform tasks such as preparing emergency kits, assisting civilians, and managing post-typhoon recovery. The game integrates action, strategy, and educational mechanics, supported by a Content Management System (CMS) website that reinforces learning. Effectiveness was evaluated through post-play surveys using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) covering functionality, entertainment, player experience, and educational value. Results show that Storm Shield engages players while improving knowledge of disaster preparedness and response. By merging learning with entertainment, the project demonstrates the potential of serious games to support disaster risk reduction and contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11 by promoting resilient communities through interactive education.
