Abstract
In today’s society, technology has become an integral part of daily life. At home, families now have access to the Internet and electronic devices. Although digitalization offers numerous advantages, it also poses problems for young children who can be constantly exposed to online content, which can negatively affect their holistic development. Parents and guardians who are accustomed to traditional parenting can also experience challenges in handling technology at home. The study aims to educate and guide parents and guardians on how to manage their children’s digital activities effectively. Through a hybrid web series and a social media campaign, they can be encouraged to foster a conducive digital environment to better support their children’s early development. Children can also help them build a positive relationship with their children at home. Formative and summative evaluation were conducted to gather information on academic professionals and industry experts. Also included is a test screening to understand the impact of the project on the target audience. With a grand mean of 4.47, the study was able to increase the learning outcomes of the parents and guardians. This can contribute to the existing body of knowledge on digital parenting, child development, and digital media.

Abstract
Generative AI tools are increasingly transforming multimedia arts courses by streamlining creative processes and expanding the possibilities for artistic expression. The integration of these tools into creative platforms has enabled students to enhance their productivity and experiment with innovative techniques, fostering an environment where digital artistry can thrive. Despite these benefits, the use of AI raises significant concerns regarding originality, artistic authenticity, and the potential erosion of traditional skills. Analysis using the technology acceptance model (TAM) reveals that students broadly accept these tools due to their perceived utility and ease of use, yet they remain cautious about their long-term impact on creative development. A word cloud analysis of student feedback illustrates a diverse array of sentiments, combining enthusiasm for the technological advancements with caution and ethical deliberation about the role of AI in art. Sentiment analysis further indicates an overall optimistic view toward the integration of generative AI, while also uncovering persistent concerns about ethical issues, such as copyright and the fair attribution of creative work. These findings highlight the critical need for educational strategies that balance the benefits of AI-driven efficiency and innovation with the preservation of traditional artistic practices. Future research should explore methods to integrate AI into multimedia arts curricula in a way that augments human creativity and safeguards the unique qualities of handcrafted art, ensuring that technological progress enhances rather than compromises artistic integrity.

Abstract
Bulacan has a rich history with significant events in the Philippines, but there's more to it than just that. Bulacan has its own unique culture, arts, and plenty of interesting tourist spots. This study explores how digital campaigns and institutional branding can be utilized to promote and help connect the youth with the history, arts, culture, and tourism of Bulacan and familiarize them with the Provincial History, Arts, Culture, and Tourism Office (PHACTO) with its programs and initiatives. It emphasizes how understanding cultural heritage is important for young people to express themselves and connect more with their roots, helping to increase the cultural heritage tourism in Bulacan. The digital campaign consists of an online series, titled, “Ika nga sa Bulacan!”, a 10-episode that will run 3-5 minutes each and also publication materials that incorporate holidays or events, trivia, tourist destination and message posting. The proponents will perform via a mock-up Facebook page by posting the online series and publication materials such as graphics and short-form videos. Along with this output is the institutional branding that consists of a campaign logo and audio-visual presentation (AVP). These multimedia outputs are supplementary materials that highlight Bulacan's cultural heritage tourism. To evaluate the effectiveness of the materials, the researchers will gather data from ages 15-30 from the target audience, subject matter expert and technical expert people, regardless of their gender, marital status, and race. The audience will evaluate the study through various processes such as Formative Evaluation and Summative Evaluation.

Abstract
The lack of sensitivity awareness towards disability is a major reason why it's difficult for persons with disabilities to participate in everyday life. Local researchers once described disability as more than an individual concern but rather a more complex social issue [8]. In a similar study conducted in Indonesia [11], it evaluated the Indonesian government's official Twitter accounts that advocated for disability awareness. With the initial findings recommending the use of media contents in the form of, photos, infographics, and illustrations to foster an increased citizen engagement, this research aims to explore the use of a digital campaign and broaden the variety of media content and platforms in raising Filipino sensitivity awareness towards Filipino persons with disabilities by reaching out to Filipinos in the digital space. This research uses both qualitative and quantitative data gathered through interviews, literature reviews, and other statistical data on disability related information from various government agencies. To evaluate the project's findings, the researchers conducted pre-interviews, formative and summative evaluation, surveys and reliability testing. The researchers concluded that the digital campaign plays a significant role in influencing and shaping the perception of an individual toward persons with disabilities.

Abstract
Throughout the centuries, Philippine poetry, in its modern form, has made its way online with the rise of digital technology. However, an online article suggests that most Filipino poems are left on library shelves unappreciated. This lack of demand causes limited amounts of publishing. Thus, bookstores and publishing companies would not invest in these writers’ works. With this, the researchers investigated whether there is a lack of appreciation and promotion of Filipino poetry in today's generation and whether a hybrid short film is an effective multimedia outlet to promote the said field. All of the results yielded positive in that the participants showed interest in Filipino poetry after the film and had positive remarks about its technical aspects. Initially, the pre-test assessment showed that the respondents' interest in Filipino poetry gained a weighted mean of 3.67 out of 5 overall. In the post-assessment, however, gauging whether the short film helped pick their interest, there was a notable increase of 0.96 in the weighted mean, making it an average of 4.63. This project shows that the short film impacted the viewers regarding attaining the proponents' goals.

Abstract
The Philippines has unique and rich culture; thus, it is also part of its identity. A preliminary test the researchers conducted revealed that the consumers do not consider street food as part of the culture. The Hybrid 2D Animation Documentary tackles the role of street food and street food vendors in the cultural aspect. The evaluation process used in the study is a comparative analysis of the set of pre-assessment and post-assessment evaluations from 30 respondents. The result showed that there had been an increase in value in recognition and acknowledgment of street food after consuming the material. The researchers recommended that street food vendors start acknowledging their cultural role, that multimedia art students create more content featuring the cultural role of street foods, that the teachers introduce the representation of street foods, and that future researchers explore the sanitation issues of street foods.

Abstract
Sleep is critical, particularly for young adults aged 18 to 25. Young adults should get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night. Most young adults struggle to get enough sleep due to a variety of factors such as anxiety, depression, and excessive use of technology. As a result of continuing the same sleepless night routine in their daily lives, young adults become sleep deprived. The most common side effects of sleep deprivation are health issues such as heart disease, obesity, kidney failure, high blood pressure, and many more. Since this issue is very timely and relevant nowadays, the researchers develop a major project, an 2D Animated Interactive Video, and a minor project, a Podcast that can help young adults to be relaxed in order to get a better sleep. The 2D animated interactive video will present two environments from which users can choose. It will be uploaded to a Wix site, and each option will be unlisted so that users can interact with the animated video. The podcast, on the other hand, will be storytelling that is related to the story of the major project. It will consist of four episodes excluding the pilot episode. This project will also be uploaded to YouTube for easy and free access.

Abstract
Mental health is more than the presence or absence of a mental illness. COVID-19 has led to self and social isolation, disconnection from family and friends. More people than ever are experiencing feelings of helplessness, isolation, grief, anxiety, and depression. In such cases, the team took advantage of the opportunity to raise mental health awareness by developing a trilogy of interactive short films with a website that would support the project’s purpose. The film has three characters with different stories, namely Marion; a college student who is struggling to adjust to his new average experience from his online class and Kayla; a nurse who is also a mother of three children, who must participate in treating the patients with COVID at the hospital, and Marie; an OFW who works from Saudi Arabia wants to go home to visit her family. The study also intends to explore the impact of coping strategies and perceived social support on one’s ability to handle social isolation stress. Each of the characters' stories will represent the different outlook on possible mental health symptoms that everyone has experienced during the pandemic. The stories presented in the film will be based on real-life circumstances and experiences of people who have lived through the pandemic. The story aims to give hope to its viewers on what lies ahead of the pandemic. Upon testing the produced output, the study results show that most people only have a general idea when it comes to the topic of mental health issues. The study also yielded that the project has spread and increased awareness about the topic under study. Although the project could attain its specific goals and adjectives, the best and only conclusion is to seek professional help from credible and trusted experts in their respective health fields.

Abstract
Visionary Studios took advantage of creating an approach to promoting and preserving these rich Philippine legends through a form of an interactive animation film. Mitolohiya adapts the story about the origin of The First Coconut Tree and the Creation of Man, using two-dimensionl characters with three-dimensional textured environments. Go through an epic adventure featuring Bathala; a god living on a deserted planet who seeks and desires to create the first life on Earth, Galangkalulua; a winged god who wanders the universe, and Ulilangkalulua; a serpent god ruling over the clouds. Along with bonus sequences of stories showing the legends of five other deities from Tagalog myths. Tala; the goddess of the stars, Hanan; the goddess of morning, Mayari; the goddess of the moon, Lakapati; the goddess of good harvest and Amanikable; the god of the sea. This animation film is created to promote and preserve Philippine myths about Tagalog gods & goddesses through an interactive hybrid animation format. Overall, the preliminary data shows that most of the participants were not familiar with the adapted Tagalog myth in the film however, after watching the interactive film, most of the respondents gave positive feedback to the overall film's animation, design, aesthetic, story, and website. According to the data, the animation and interactivity of the film makes it more engaging for the viewers which shows that the use of the interactive hybrid animation and website is effective in promoting Philippine Tagalog mythology. It is highly recommended to give further research about the different legends and stories within the Tagalog pantheon. Due to the large variety of characters, the possibility of creating numerous adaptations can also be suggested.
