thisis a very good and informational webinar and very informative
SATURDAY CLASS #5 & WEBINAR #4 FOR INTERNSHIP 1: 2TSY2526 | PAYRETO SERVICES INC. AND CHEVRON HOLDINGS INC.
The webinar provided a meaningful perspective on both developing a growth mindset and setting SMART career goals, emphasizing how these concepts work together in achieving success. One of the most impactful points for me was the explanation of why goals often fail, which the speakers linked to lack of clarity, lack of structure, and lack of timeline. The examples shown, such as the “New Year, New Me” syndrome, the “Someday Millionaire” dream, the “Instagram Comparison” trap, the “No Deadline = No Urgency” problem, and the “Too Big, Too Fast” mistake, made the discussion practical and easy to relate to. These scenarios highlighted how vague, comparison-driven, or unrealistic goals can hinder progress. The session on SMART career goals complemented this by demonstrating how Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound objectives provide direction and motivation.
INTERNSHIP 1 - 2TSY2425 - CLASS #4 WEBINAR #2
It was a great speech, and I sincerely acknowledge every memory shared by the speakers. They were incredibly skillful and thoughtful in every decision they made, demonstrating their wisdom and experience throughout their journey.
