About this event
The Women's Basketball Training Camp will provide a structured and intensive program focused on developing fundamental and advanced basketball skills. Activities will include daily skill-building drills (shooting, passing, dribbling, defense), team strategy sessions, strength and conditioning workouts, and competitive scrimmages. Participants will also engage in leadership development, nutrition education, and mental performance workshops. Led by a qualified coach and trainer, the camp aims to enhance athletic performance, build teamwork, and empower female athletes in a supportive and motivating environment.
