About this event

Too Many Tabs Open is a mental health awareness forum centered on student burnout, pressure, and balance. It will feature a moderated panel discussion with four medical and mental health professionals, followed by an audience Q&A and a short guided reflection activity. The event aims to give student leaders a light but meaningful space to recognize burnout, learn practical ways to manage their responsibilities, and reflect on what they can realistically lessen, delegate, postpone, or let go of.
