About this event
Tamaraws Talk is a September 2026 Suicide Prevention Month campaign that encourages students to start meaningful conversations, practice self-reflection, recognize the importance of seeking support, and connect with available mental health resources. Through the activity promotes hope, help-seeking, and connection by reminding students that they do not have to face difficult moments alone. That help is available within and beyond the school community.
