Jump starting the new academic year and continuously traversing towards the digital transformation direction of our Institution, the Information Technology Services Office is now launching additional applications under the online Document Approval System to improve the quality of service of our administrative offices by automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks, allowing us to provide good customer experience, faster response and superior service quality.
This activity shall cover the discussion about the business processes that have been translated already from manual to automated processes and from hardcopy documents routing to paperless online approvals.
