Activity Description FEU Alabang will conduct a Strategic Planning Workshop for all academic and administrative offices as part of its institutional development and quality assurance initiatives. This two-day workshop aims to provide a structured platform for offices to collaboratively assess current strategies, align departmental goals with the university’s mission and vision, and develop action plans that support long-term institutional growth. The activity also supports the university’s preparation for ISO 21001:2018 certification by fostering alignment between strategic initiatives and quality management principles.
