Self-Awareness Training for Peer Facilitators
This seminar helps peer facilitators to develop practical self-awareness skills to improve learning, relationships, and wellbeing.
About this event
Knowing oneself is the foundation for everything students must do: learn effectively, regulate emotions, choose healthy relationships, set meaningful goals, and respond resiliently to setbacks. When students can name their strengths, values, triggers, and habitual thinking patterns, they make clearer decisions, communicate more honestly, and manage stress before it becomes overwhelming. The objectives of the seminar are the following:
- Help participants grasp the meaning and importance of self-awareness in personal and professional life.
- Enable participants to recognize their core strengths and areas for improvement.
