About this event
This seminar aims to increase awareness among students about different forms of harassment, including verbal, physical, and cyber harassment. Conducting an educational seminar will help foster a safer, more respectful campus environment and empower students to recognize, prevent, and address harassment effectively.
The objectives of the seminar are the following:
- Define harassment (including physical, verbal, cyber, and bullying) and increase student knowledge about what constitutes harassment.
- To educate students on the legal rights and protections available to victims of harassment.
- To promote a culture of respect, dignity, and zero tolerance towards harassment on campus.
- To provide practical guidance on how students can seek help and support if they experience or witness harassment.
- To encourage open dialogue and foster a supportive community that prioritizes mental health and safety.
