About this event

What do I need to do during Community Immersion?

There are many volunteer activities that can be done in a day care center. Here are a few ideas:

  • Organize a story time session for the children and read them some fun and educational books.
  • Help the children with their homework and provide assistance with any questions they may have.
  • Play games with the children and engage in fun activities such as arts and crafts, drawing or coloring.
  • Assist the day care staff with basic tasks such as cleaning, organizing or preparing snacks for the children.
  • Gift-giving
  • Etc.
