Mekanismo, an internal event hosted by the PSME – FIT Student Unit, provides Mechanical Engineering students with a hands-on platform to showcase their technical ingenuity and competitive spirit. Through a structured program that blends theory and practice, participants attend a faculty-led lecture on basic kinematics before applying those principles to construct custom mechanical robots with balloon heads. The event culminates in a high-stakes, head-to-head tournament where these builds are put to the test, fostering both academic growth and peer camaraderie as students compete until a single champion is crowned.
