Little Savers, Big Dreams: Building Smart Money Habits Early
This aims to provide and teach young once specifically kindergarten students the importance of math and saving.
About this event
The outreach program aims to support kindergarten students through a fun activity that promotes early learning financial awareness. The activity will begin with a short and engaging discussion on basic mathematical topics and the importance of saving money. The discussion will be presented through simple games and hands-on activities that encourage participation among the children. Through game-based learning, pupils will be introduced to numbers, counting, and the concept of saving money by using real-life examples. The use of piggy banks will allow children to practice placing coins while learning why saving is important in a simple and enjoyable way. Each child will receive school supplies focused on number learning, including math booklets, as well as a piggy bank to introduce the habit of saving at an early age. Simple examples and demonstrations will be used to help the children understand the value of money and the idea of setting aside money for future needs as every penny counts.
