This panel discussion, organized for National Women’s Month Celebration (NWMC) 2026, moves beyond ceremonial recognition to address the "missing pieces" of gender equality in the Philippines. While the nation is growing to a more liberated country, women still face significant hurdles in economic participation and political leadership. By bringing together representatives from the FEU Tech’s Community Extension Services (CES), various departments, and government offices, the session explores how academic institutions can dismantle structural barriers. Aligned with the theme "We for Equality and an Inclusive Society," the discussion focuses on bridging the gap between classroom knowledge and community action—ensuring that the drive for sustainable development (SDGs 5, 8, and 10) translates into real-world empowerment for every woman in the society.
