🌊 Let’s Make Waves for Change! 🌿

This International Coastal Clean-up 2025, we’re calling on ocean lovers, eco-warriors, families, friends, and community partners to come together at SM by the Bay for a day of action, fun, and purpose. Armed with gloves, trash bags, and big smiles, we’ll roll up our sleeves to clear our shores of litter, protect marine life, and show the world how teamwork can make a lasting impact.

Every piece of trash collected is a step towards cleaner waters (SDG 6), healthier cities (SDG 11), responsible consumption (SDG 12), and a greener planet (SDGs 13, 14, 15), all made possible through the power of partnerships (SDG 17).

✅ Do’s

• Do wear comfortable clothes 👕 and closed shoes 👟 suitable for walking on sand and uneven surfaces.
• Do bring reusable water bottles 💧 to stay hydrated.
• Do wear sunscreen ☀️ and a hat 🧢 for sun protection.
• Do segregate collected trash 🗑️ according to biodegradable, non-biodegradable, and recyclable waste.
• Do follow safety instructions from organizers and coordinators.
• Do work in teams 🤝 for safety and efficiency.
• Do take photos 📸 to document the event and inspire others.

• Don’t litter 🚯—we’re here to clean, not add more waste.
• Don’t harm marine life 🐢 or disturb natural habitats.
• Don’t collect hazardous waste ☢️ unless trained and equipped.
• Don’t bring single-use plastics 🛍️—opt for reusable containers and bags.
• Don’t wander too far from the designated clean-up area.
• Don’t forget to hydrate and rest 💧🪑 if you feel tired.
