CE – COSH Seminar 2, “Innovations in Vertical and Transportation Infrastructure,” highlights key advancements in two vital areas of civil engineering. In the morning session, Engr. Jose Sy will present “Structural Considerations in the Design of the Tallest Buildings in the Philippines,” offering insights into the challenges and engineering solutions behind designing resilient and efficient high-rise structures. In the afternoon, Dr. Topacio will discuss “Chasing Pavements,” exploring modern approaches to pavement design, maintenance, and sustainability.
