This activity serves as an introduction for BSBA students to the organization and the dynamic campus
lifestyle. Scheduled after the midterm examinations, it provides a well-deserved breather while offering
meaningful insights through a semi-seminar focused on time management and stress management. The
event aims to build connections, promote student engagement, and equip participants with practical skills
to balance academic and personal growth throughout the term.
