Creating A Culture of Peace Through Self-Discipline
A face-to-face assembly for SHS students that discusses the student code of conduct to foster a positive learning environment.

About this event
Rules and regulations in schools are vital for maintaining discipline, order, safety, and respect among students and authorities. They offer essential guidelines that contribute to the student's academic success and create a secure learning environment. By fostering responsibility and accountability, these regulations promote self-awareness, self-control, empathy, and forgiveness, enabling students to navigate conflicts and develop understanding with their peers. The cultivation of self-discipline not only reduces conflicts but also encourages personal growth, allowing individuals to make informed decisions instead of reacting impulsively. Furthermore, self-discipline enhances interpersonal relationships by fostering patience and communication, ultimately promoting emotional well-being and reducing stress by encouraging individuals to focus on their actions.
