Charting your career path means knowing what you like, what you're good at, and where you want to go. It starts with small steps—trying things, learning from them, and adjusting along the way. Not every path is straight, and that’s okay. This activity aims to discuss the importance of career pathing in technology and engineering and explore how this activity can help students to better understand their personality types and how they are connected to their chosen career paths.
