Eventually

By registering for an event on Eventually (the “Event”), organized and/or hosted by Arturo + Project Skulay and facilitated through Eventually, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1) Registration & Eligibility

• Guest registration is required for entry to the Event unless otherwise announced by the organizers.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information (email address, birthday, and name details).
• Registration is intended for the individual whose details were submitted. Impersonation or use of false information is not allowed.
• The organizers may approve, reject, or cancel registrations when necessary for safety, capacity, or policy compliance.

2) Confirmation, Entry & Identification

• Registration does not guarantee admission if the Event reaches capacity or if security requirements are not met.
• You may be asked to present a valid ID and/or registration confirmation upon entry.
• If your details cannot be verified, entry may be denied.

3) Guest Profile & System-Generated Identification

• The guest profile identifier (example: https://paraverse.feutech.edu.ph/eventually/guest/xxxx) may be generated automatically from your details.
• If an existing guest record is found (based on email), your information may auto-fill and be locked to protect data consistency.
• You are responsible for ensuring your details are correct to keep events linked to the correct guest profile.

4) Code of Conduct

• Guests must comply with school rules, venue guidelines, and organizer instructions at all times.
• Harassment, discrimination, threats, vandalism, intoxication, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for violations, without refund or compensation (if applicable).

5) Safety, Security & Prohibited Items

• You must follow safety instructions, emergency procedures, and security screening protocols.
• Dangerous items, weapons, illegal substances, and other restricted materials are prohibited.
• The school/organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

6) Photography, Video & Media Release

• The Event may be photographed or recorded for documentation, academic, and promotional purposes.
• By attending, you consent to the use of your image/likeness in photos/videos taken during the Event, without compensation.
• If you do not wish to be recorded, notify the event organizers before the Event; reasonable efforts will be made, but visibility in public areas cannot be fully guaranteed.

7) Data Privacy

• Your registration data will be used for event administration, verification, security, and communication.
• Your data will not be sold. It may be shared only with authorized organizers/units involved in running the Event, or when required by law/policy.
• Data retention and handling will follow applicable school policies and relevant data privacy regulations.

8) Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

• The organizers may change schedules, speakers, venue, format (onsite/online), or capacity without prior notice when necessary.
• The Event may be postponed or canceled due to safety risks, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control (force majeure).
• When possible, updates will be communicated using the contact details you provided.

9) Liability Disclaimer

• Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.
• The school, organizers, partners, and Eventually platform administrators are not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages incurred during the Event, except where required by law.
• You agree to comply with venue rules and acknowledge that failure to do so may increase risk.

10) Acceptance of Terms

• By clicking “I Understand” and submitting registration, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
