An aspiring IT professional with a strong interest in application development, systems management, digital solutions, and emerging technologies. As an incoming student intern, I bring foundational knowledge in information technology, complemented by hands-on experience from our capstone project. I focused on documentation, quality assurance, and system testing, responsible for preparing comprehensive technical documentation, conducting functional and usability tests, and ensuring the system's overall quality and reliability. Additionally, my background in the BPO industry in Executive Research and Marketing, Lead Generation, and Appointment Setting further strengthened my communication, analytical, and project coordination skills. I am eager to apply my combined technical expertise and professional experience to contribute meaningfully to the company's continued success.
