Short Biography
I’m a Business Development Intern with a background in Marketing Management, Multimedia Design, and Hospitality Operations. My multidisciplinary experience allows me to understand both the strategic and operational sides of a business, from brand positioning and campaign execution to customer experience and service quality. With training in Hospitality Operations, I developed a strong foundation in customer journey management, service excellence, and operational efficiency. I apply these principles to marketing by ensuring that brand strategy aligns with real customer needs and measurable business growth. I’m particularly interested in growth strategy, brand development, and data-informed marketing decisions. My goal is to grow into a Marketing Manager role where I can lead strategic initiatives that create both customer value and sustainable business impact. Open to opportunities in marketing, business development, and growth strategy.
