Short Biography

My experiences in the FEUD Junior Marketing Association, helped me to continuously grow as a leader and mentor throughout my three-year involvement. I first served as HR Head for Academic Year 2023–2024, where I honed my skills in people management, internal coordination, and leadership. In the following year, I was appointed as Chairman of Committees (2024–2025), taking charge of overseeing project teams, ensuring collaboration, and executing organization-wide initiatives. Currently, I am a Membership Associate for SY 2025–2026, where I not only guide and mentor junior members, but also assist in marketing efforts to attract and engage more members into the organization. I have learned to lead with authority and empathy, collaborate while confidently communicating ideas, and take initiative when needed. My JMA experience has strengthened my adaptability, communication, strategic thinking, and commitment to continuous growth, shaping me into a well-rounded and proactive leader
